Procore Pay is available in the United States. It is designed for General Contractors and Owner-Builders who act as their own General Contractors on a job. Procore Pay extends the Invoice Management functionality in the Procore web application to handle the payment process between general and specialty contractors.

Procore Pay is designed to solve one of the biggest financial pain points in the construction industry — the payment process between General Contractors (a.k.a., Payors) and Specialty Contractors (a.k.a., Payees).

Integrating with Procore's Invoice Management tools, Procore Pay provides your company and its accountants with a method to avoid billing and building delays by providing a central location for managing lien waivers, payment requirements, payment holds, and transmitting payments for progress and final billings. It also provides you with the option to invite your payees to securely link their own bank accounts so they can receive payments. 

With Procore Pay, general contractors can:
