It's obvious: we can build better buildings and increase productivity in a safer environment by transitioning into prefab, but not all companies are ready to make the switch.  In this course, we'll explore the concepts and trends that are shaping prefabrication as a whole, then asses the traits of a company that is or is not ready to adopt and utilize prefabrication techniques successfully.
