In the next section, you will dive into the physical demands of construction and how to encourage physical fitness on your sites and within your teams. In the last section, you will gain knowledge on identifying and managing hazardous materials commonly found on jobsites. Each section provides important context and actionable strategies, from recognizing early signs of distress to implementing wellness initiatives like crew sports teams.
