This course covers the fundamentals of construction drawings, including design drawings, organization, and the role of drawings in project communication. Learners will gain an understanding of how construction drawings define project scope, provide visual details, outline material requirements, and serve as critical contract documents. The course also explains how construction drawings interact with specifications and other project documents, ensuring that students develop a well-rounded understanding of their importance in the building process.

Throughout the course, learners will explore different types of construction drawings, such as floor plans, elevation views, section views, and detail drawings.
