This seminar covers the process of managing change orders when they happen on projects, how to manage customer expectations with an emphasis on the importance of clear communication and establishment of detailed scope of work, how to have that conversation with the general contractor and what not to do with any change order work. Attendees will learn contract execution, discuss the paperwork of change orders and how to work through the process legally, in a way that protects all parties involved, without holding up job progression. Measuring productivity and profitability covers how to track change order work from original contract, how to ensure production is moving at the needed pace and how to track profitability.
