Course Description

This module is an advanced deep dive into facilitating outcome-driven internal meetings and driving positive organizational change. Designed for construction leaders looking to elevate their management skills, it teaches you how to turn internal meetings into strategic alignment tools that surface new perspectives and prevent costly surprises. You’ll learn how to set the table using the Three C’s—Clarify, Connect, and Check—and how to foster a growth mindset that embraces challenges and continuous improvement.

Through practical strategies and real-world examples, you’ll learn how to build concise agendas that keep discussions focused and productive. You’ll apply techniques that keep client needs front and center, maintain meeting flow, and prevent conversations from drifting off track. You’ll also learn how to recognize signs of disengagement or meeting fatigue, adjust in the moment, and use assertive communication to build consensus while inviting quieter voices into the conversation.

By improving both the execution and follow-up of your meetings, you’ll replace vague deadlines with clear accountability, create stronger ownership of action items, and use modern tools like AI-generated summaries without losing authentic Human-to-Human (H2H) connection. Ultimately, you’ll transform internal meetings from routine obligations into strategic assets that improve productivity and keep projects moving forward.
