Course Description
This module introduces the fundamentals of confident speaking and professional presence — essential skills for leading meetings and presenting information on busy jobsites. You’ll learn how to control tone, pacing, and emphasis so your message is clear and easy to follow instead of rushed or monotone.
Through practical strategies and real-world examples, you’ll apply a structured communication framework to organize your thoughts, prepare effectively, and deliver concise updates without rambling or over-explaining. You’ll also learn how to build rapport, distinguish assertive from aggressive communication, and recognize audience reactions so you can adjust in the moment.
By improving how you prepare and deliver information, you’ll communicate with confidence, gain credibility, and make your ideas easier for others to understand and act on.
