With a Master's degree in organizational psychology and as a certified ProSci change practitioner, she brings a deep understanding of human behavior, business research, and data-driven insights to better service the industry. Her research has been shared at conferences such as the Association for Psychological Science, Society of Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and the Canadian Psychological Association. Additionally, she has co-authored research published in the International Journal of Selection and Assessment, Human Performance, and the Consulting Psychology Journal.
