Course Description

This module explores the “Culture Flywheel,” a framework designed to help construction teams build and sustain a healthy, high-performing culture. Designed for construction professionals at every level, it focuses on taking proactive ownership of your culture and understanding that leadership is not limited to job titles.

You will learn how to build lasting momentum by exploring the four phases of the flywheel. First, you will learn to Create Culture by establishing the "rules of the road" using common language, Mission, Vision, and Values. Next, you will see how Leaders Model Culture by setting the standard through everyday actions, shifting teams away from blame-driven reactions and towards collaborative problem-solving.

The module also explores how Culture Empowers Teams by leveraging autonomy, mastery, and purpose to help crews perform at their best. Finally, you will discover how Culture Drives Business when you embed these practices into your daily routines to increase accountability, improve project performance, and drive long-term success.

By the end of this module, you will understand how intentional culture-building supports stronger teamwork, increases accountability, improves project performance, and helps drive long-term business success.
