You’ll learn how to treat your body like the pro athlete that you are, from nutrition to hydration to avoiding common injuries and getting good sleep.
Learning Objectives:
- Identify the aspects of physical wellbeing that impact your work.
- Define the three types of macronutrients and identify the nutrients that our bodies require.
- Describe pre-shift warmup, core exercises, and personal recovery techniques.
- Identify the physical renewal practices that can alleviate general aches and soreness.
